Hello, I’m Brenda. My studio is in my smoke free home, where I live with my husband Tom of
37 years. I have a Gammill Classic Plus quilting machine which is not computerized, therefore each quilt is different. Hand guided quilting gives each quilt a personal touch.
I have been sewing since my grandmother taught me at age 14, and quilting for
25 years. I have three daughters, who also quilt, and six wonderful grandchildren. I belong to the Somerset Samplers, a chapter of The Pine Tree Quilters Guild here in Maine. My business is a hand-guided machine quilting service for those who love to design and piece quilt tops, but don't necessarily like to put them together. I also offer basting for those who like to hand quilt. I am able to finish any size quilt top with beautiful quilting designs that you can choose or I can make quilting design choices for you.
My fees are based on the size of your quilt top and style of stitching you choose. The average quilter has 6 to 8 tops unfinished. If you have tops waiting to be quilted, why not give my business a try!
